Drinks

The juice is a natural product which contains little or no additives. Citrus fruits such as orange juice and tangerine juice are familiar breakfast beverages. Grapefruit juice, pineapple, apple, grape, lime and lemon are also common. Coconut water is a highly nutritious and refreshing juice. Many fruits are crushed and the juice is mixed with water and sometimes sweetened. Raspberries, blackberries and Cassis fruit juices are very popular, but the percentage of water also determines their nutritive value. Fruit drinks were probably the first to get off the water.
